My Handset is faulty what do I do?
Call Fresh Mobile on 1300 720 970 and we will give you instructions for the return of the phone to our office to send to the repair centre
When returning the phone to our office please ensure that you return all the contents from the original sales pack box (i.e. complete with handset, battery, charger)
Please allow 2 weeks for a response from the repair centre
Where possible Fresh Mobile will try and arrange a loan phone, however this cannot be guaranteed depending on our stock levels of loan phones.
If we receive your mobile back from the repair centre and it is found that it is not able to be repaired and is not covered by warranty Fresh Mobile will assist you to purchase a new handset of your choice at your cost.
Following are regular reasons why a mobile phone would be returned to Fresh Mobile rejected by the repair centre:
- Obvious physical or liquid damage or handset not on merchandise quality
- No fault found
Please check the Fresh Mobile delivery docket for the warranty details pertaining to your mobile phone
However, if your mobile is still covered under warranty Fresh Mobile will arrange a replacement phone.
Network Difficulties
If you are experiencing network difficulties please contact Fresh Mobile on 1300 720 970.
If there is a tower that is experiencing extended network difficulties, Fresh Mobile will advise you via SMS or email.
