Non Payment of Fresh Mobile Account

Fresh Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, where charges owing to us or any amount owing remain outstanding after 30 days, unless Fresh Mobile has received written notice from you of a bona fide dispute of those charges.
